Terms of Service

§1 Area of validity

The following Terms of Service apply to all contracts, deliveries and services between Webitialia proprietor Eleonora Addei, Via Chiusa 4, Cap 28016, Orta S. Giulio (NO), Italy, with its domain en.rubinetteria.com and its customers.

§2 Conclusion of the contract/order process

Via our site en.rubinetteria.com you may order the listed items, these are our Shipping Rates.
By ordering you firmly declare to accept these Terms of Service and that you wish to acquire the ordered goods.
We will confirm your incoming order with a formal acknowledgement of receipt; this acknowledgement of receipt is not an acceptance of your order.
The contract takes effect from receipt of the goods with your approval, at the latest, however, after the expiry of the return period of 10 days.

§3 Cancellation Policy

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 10 days without providing reasons in written form via email.
The period commences with the receipt of the goods at the earliest.
To ensure the period of revocation the timely sending of the revocation or the object suffices.

Within the scope of your notice of revocation we would kindly ask you to notify us voluntarily about the reason for your return and we will collate other pieces of information, which are necessary for the fast and efficient processing of your revocation.

§4 Legal consequences of revocations

In the case of an effective revocation the performances received by both parties must be returned.
Should the received product will be returned entirely or in parts in a worsened state, we will not accept the rescission.
This does not apply for the return of damaged goods which are already defective at the time of purchase, in this case, when possible, we will happy to personally recall the products.

There is no right of rescission for:
- for goods which are custom-made to the customers specifications
- for commercial customer (i.e. Company, Freelancer)

Webitalia will reimburse the customer the full amount of the goods returned within 14 days of return of goods through the procedure for transfer of the amount charged to Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.

§5 Transport damages

Please, avoid signs of usage and damages to the goods. If possible, please return the goods with all accessories and the original packaging. At any rate, please, use suitable packaging to protect against damages in transit.
Webitalia does not respond in any way for damage or stealing / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

 
§6 Privacy Policy

We use your inventory data to process your order only.
We store and process all customer details with respect to the relevant provisions of the italian law: Decreto Leg. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196

We do not hand over to third parties your personal details.
Our service partners, who require the transfer of details for the order processing (e.g. the delivery company commissioned with the delivery and the credit institute commissioned with the payment process), are excluded thereof.
 In such events the extent of the data transferred is limited to the necessary minimum only.
